Variable Saving Incentives (VSI™) are unique digital discount codes presented to quoted shoppers who leave showrooms without buying. They're like a coupon, but exact values are unknown until shoppers return to have their codes scanned! (Patent-Pending)
- Presentation: When quoted shoppers decline to purchase, managers at their discretion can present the VSI™ offer outlined on a provided tablet. Here it mentions additional discount possibilities, but not the exact amount. It’s only recommended to present this when a deal can't be made and to do so just before they exit.
- Distribution: After a manager shares the offer, they then enter the shoppers name and number into the cell-fields provided. Then at close of business each day, the BEBACKDR™ application auto distributes a VSI code by text to each shopper entered for the day.
- Redemption: Shoppers have 3 business days to return ton have their VSI codes scanned and this is done with the provided tablet. Upon scanning the additional discount will then appear on screen. A manager would then apply that discount to the original quote. VSI™ must be redeemed during the return visit or they're considered void. This is outlined on the tablet.
